title : How to make curry

Curry is a dish eaten all over the world, with different tastes and ingredients depending on the culture and region. The fusion of spices and ingredients creates a unique flavor. Curry's roots began in India and have since spread all over the world. Japanese curry rice was introduced from England. Almost any meat, vegetable, fish, or fruit can be used as an ingredient in curry, and it can be freely arranged.

This time I will make curry rice. When I made curry rice for the first time when I was 12 years old, it was very delicious and my family was very happy. They asked me to make it again. So I will make curry rice. You can make it easily by following the steps below.

 Let's make curry rice.

You will need:

One kitchen knife

One cutting board

One ladle

One measuring cup

One pair of chopstics

Ingredients:

This recipe yeilds 4 servings.

Water(1400ml)

Meat (300g)

Onion(1 large)

Potates(4 pieces)

Carrot(1 pieces)

Curry roux (1 box)

Oil(1 table spoon)

Procedures

1. Cut the onion, carrot, and potato into bite-sized pieces.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and the onion to a pan and saute over medium heat.

3. When the onions are transparent, add the potatoes, carrots and meat it and fry.

4. Add 1400ml of water to it and simmer for about 10 minutes.

5. If any scum appears while simmering, remove it from the pot.

6. Turn off the heat, add the curry roux and stir until it is completely dissolved.

7. Simmer the whole mixture over low heat for another 20 minutes.

8. Simmer until the ingredients are soft and the curry is thick.

9. Check and adjust taste.

10. Place the finished curry in the bowl.

You can also adjust the spiciness to suit your taste. It also tastes better if you add 'Fukujinzuke' pickles. Its sweet flavour complements the dish perfectly.

Even with the same curry, you can change the flavor by changing the ingredients and cooking method. Try making your own original curry rice.
